R&S have completed numerous industrial, commercial and private sector roofing projects since its inception in 2002. As all roofing work is considered as a High Risk Activity, R&S has all the necessary skills and procedures in place to successfully complete any roofing projects in compliance with all Regulatory requirements of the OHS Act, Act 85 of 1993 and the Construction Regulations of 2014. Our successfully completed roofing projects included; new buildings, clinics, hospitals, prisons, shopping centres, housing developments and facility upgrades for various clients, i.e.: Reed Simpson, G.V.K (Siya-Zama), Cyclone Construction, S.S Naicker Construction, Rambros Construction, J.J.S Construction, Rod’s Construction, Rusinga Building, DLDMIC, Izinyoni Trading, Sanyati Holdings and Ithala Development, BP South Africa, CHEVRON (Caltex) – now ASTRON ENERGY (Pty) Ltd. and numerous privately owned Fuel Retail Sites and facilities.
